Operation and work method:
1. heating Aluminium extrusion die cleaning disc to 400ºC above by die oven
2. coat lubrication on the dummy block
3. put the cleaning cake instead of aluminium billet
4. control extrusion speed 0.5mm/s-1mm/s
5. adjust stroke to make min butt
6. return extrusion ram,no butt shear,then unload die for cleaning

1.after unloading die
1)put the die into the alkali water(2 hrs)
2)put the die into 80ºC hot water(2hrs),after die cleaning cake waste disappear,then clean and boil die (30mins)
How to handle waste water
1.filter water then recycle aluminium
2.discharge waste water according to regulations

1.after die cleaning cake work,manually open die after temp under 200ºC
2.boil die for 15-30mins
3.use machine for cleaning waste alu in the porthole
4.then boil die for 15-30mins
