The quenching machine is a cooling system that can generate strong heat transfer and direct cooling. Perform air cooling, spraying, or water mist cooling as needed.
The length of the system consists of an upper cooling hood and a lower cooling hood. The upper cooling cover is lifted by a reducer, while the lower cooling cover is fixed. The upper and lower cooling covers are connected to the fan, and the lower cooling cover is equipped with supporting rollers. The roller adopts a felt roller with a temperature resistance of 600 ºC.
The machine uses a reducer to control the height of the rollers to meet the support requirements of products at different heights.

Air cooling system
Air cooling is divided into upper and lower sections;
The upper and lower cooling covers are cooled by evenly distributed air nozzles on the products.
The upper and lower air nozzles are arranged in a staggered manner to avoid mutual interference of airflow.
When changing molds in the extruder, continuous or reduced cooling modes can be selected. The roller structure can adjust the height of the extruder end through a hydraulic cylinder.
The air ducts, nozzles, and other components in the mixed area are made of stainless steel 304 material, and the reinforced air cooling in the rear section is entirely made of Q235 material.

Spray system:
The system is equipped with multiple spray cooling nozzles, and the cooling intensity of each spray nozzle can be adjusted through the touch screen on the centralized operation console. The cooling intensity in six directions can be adjusted separately. Ensuring the continuity of cooling process parameters; Due to the nozzle arrangement in different directions on the cross-section, by adjusting the cooling intensity in each direction, spray cooling can be applied to asymmetric profiles, reducing the water cooling bending and twisting deformation of asymmetric profiles.
The computer can record the optimal spray combination process for different cross-sectional profiles, so that the best parameters can be directly called up during subsequent use, reducing adjustment time.
The sprinkler system consists of a water pump, water filter, control valve, and nozzle, etc;
Water pump: This system is equipped with a high head centrifugal water pump for sprinkler water supply;
Water filter: the system is equipped with a fine filter, which is used to filter the water supply for spraying and spray to reduce the occurrence of nozzle blockage;
Control valve: composed of pneumatic butterfly valve, ball valve, angle valve, electric regulating valve, etc. The electric regulating valve is used to regulate the spray pressure of each group of nozzles;
Water volume regulation: the system regulates the spray water volume through the electric control valve, which can control the spray spray water volume of the upper and lower pipelines respectively;
Nozzle group: fan nozzle is used, with large spray flow and small spray flow.
The material of the spray pipeline is SUS304.
Fogging and strong cold air cooling system:
This function adds water mist cooling while air cooling, making the system cooling function more complete; The spray port is installed near the air outlet of the air duct. The spray is mixed with the strong cooling wind to ensure the uniformity of cooling while strengthening the effect of air cooling;
The material of spray pipeline is SUS304.
Overwater cooling:
Adopting baffle type water cooling, when using, after the profile passes through the water tank, insert the plug plates into the slots at the front and back ends of the box (use cloth strips to block the gaps), turn on the water pump, and wait for the water level to rise above the surface of the profile before starting the water feeding operation; After water cooling, if you want to use the air cooling function, you need to first open the drainage valve and drain the water in the lower box before turning on the fan. The water blocking plug board is made by the customer according to the shape of the profile.
Cold and hot water tanks:
A cooling water pool has been set up in the equipment installation area for the suction and cooling return of the cooling working water pump; The cooling external circulation of water in the pool is provided by the user. The user must use a water pump to extract the water from the pool and send it back to the pool for external cooling. The temperature in the pool should not exceed 30 ºC. The specific pump parameters and cooling requirements will be provided by the seller. The pool needs to be made waterproof.
Roller conveyor:
The roller conveyor is composed of a roller core, bearings, and a felt roller. The bearing material is SUS440, the felt roller is PBO material, heat-resistant to 600 ºC, and the roller core is made of aluminum alloy material; The roller conveyor near the outlet end of the extruder can be adjusted for lifting and lowering based on the height of the aluminum material.
Electrical control system:
The system is controlled by the human-machine interface and PLC. On the human-machine interface, the above items can be digitally controlled and the control process menu can be saved to facilitate the repeated call of process parameters with the same requirements; Record and store process parameters (date, aluminum rod sequence number, quenching process, outlet temperature, quenching outlet temperature) for three months; The cooling curve in the quenching zone is adjustable;

Use crane to carry mould, before put mould, manually open oven door through pneumatic cylinder, then put mould inside of chamber, close door, start electricity heating system, then start heat-up(must preheating chamber when first time heating mould). After reaching sized value of temperature(normally it is 480ºC), keep heating, then open furnace door, draw out mould to send for extrusion press.
Infrared die oven use several carbon electricity rods to heat, play a part in high efficiency, energy saving features. At the back of carbon rods, there is infrared radiation plate, which can radiate to furnace chamber. Heating body is made of radiation plate and carbon rods, through radiation to transfer energy to furnace chamber, steel suction energy , then transfer magnetic energy to another heating method, during heating, reducing thermal pressure of steel, thermal exhaustion of temperature changing, also reducing thick parcel and carbon-removing because of oxidation for steel.
